  • Honestly all the people giving all the advice on here are kidding themselves be cause ur on a video for advice.if u Know more than this guy why are u watching. If u already have a good body u wouldnt be wasting time looking at someone working out

  • to fast bro at the positiv

  • does the slow decline on the dumbell benchpress activate more musclefibers??

  • You're not meant to arch you back on incline presses and thats a fact. I find it hard not to sometimes but every thing I've ever read (I've read quite alot) on that lift says so. Furthermore, many would argue against locking your joints (elbows) at the top of any press. Slow reps like that are going to build absolute strength more so than muscle. Exploding on the concentric portion is going to build your power. It depends what you goals are though you should switch it up to avoid platueas.

  • i got a question G pls answer:

What's the difference for your muscles when you let your weights drop slow or when you push them up slow

or is it just better to push up and let them drop slow and why don't do it fast?

  • @tsjokke its way higher, and more pressure on the muscle

when i do it slow i can feel the muscles really good and it gives me a butter pump also

  • @tsjokke when u drop the weights fast ur letting gravity to the work and neglecting the eccentric part of the lift.

  • nice tex book lifting....nice and slow negatives....good job nice physique

  • i also want to build a body like this

  • some people are stupid. you need to arch your back. the one you people are saying is hyper-extending it which he obviously isn't

  • that last exercise, also gets your lats pretty well.

  • u look like dwight howard

  • phille 96.......you obviously don't workout, or don't do it correctly. his form is perfect. The noobie thing to do is not arch your back because then you are putting all the stress on your triceps and anterior deltoids. when the bench press is primarily a chest development exercise. His form was great. Keep it up bro!

  • @phille93 u dont hav a clue wt ur on about, u are supposed to arch your back slightly to isolate the chest muscle and take stress off the shoulders

  • @rooney1344 fool

  • @phille93 retard

  • Well done. Good forms on all exercises!

  • betta keepya back straight when u do da bankpress bruh

  • He is doing some high intensity training, very good and strict form

  • Nice examples of a set for chest. I appreciate your time in posting.

  • toothpick?? Unless you are in a body building competition i think this guy is in great shape and healthy. Its not always about who is the strongest, because there is always will be some one bigger then you. The reason i left weight is to sleep good at night and be a sex machine.

  • MB,

Sorry. He`s not at all impressive in size! He`s OK, nothing special.

Like you i work out for the exact same reasons.. I`m happy for you and I`m positive the ladies in your life are as well..:)

  • @mbleek2001 "sex machine" haha

  • Nice routine. One quick question. the last exercise, is it a straight arm pullover or is it bent arm?

  • hahah to all the people who think they are fitness gurus... obviously this dude knows what hes doin, he wouldnt look like that if he didnt... i bet he has a way better physique than everyone who left comments

  • You shouldn't arch your back

  • he's not, there should be a natural curve in your back to stick out your chest, arching is when you lift your ass off the seat and make a full arch with your legs.

  • please dont confuse people u do have to arch it to focus the tenssion to ur chest

  • pullovers technic bad!!

  • he shouldn't be snaking his arms, good video though......

  • to be honest u r in the greatest shape i commend u on wat u r doing i see people gone be them on here with thier comments but ur good great keep it up im actually using your techniques now thanks

  • nice but you shouldnt lock out so much eventually you'll hurt your elbows

  • very good form bro!

    Congratulations!

  • He can lift a lot more than 50lbs but it's because he's supersetting incline bench with flat DB press. He benched quite a bit too.

  • great posture, keep up the good work.

  • Cool bro, your in great shape. Running back or wide receiver?
