You have a really nice movement in your characters, especially the ed character and the dog!
I would say spend more time on audio production (the sweeps could have been more varied and had maybe some reverb on them) and make the action less laboured - sometimes you hang too long on shots.

nice characters and movements...
i see some key poses wrong and a little to blocky. Although, great animation. The best way is to go over it again and make some changes.
