Either way, if Casey Anthony is guilty or not, she should face some sort consequences. I agree with Ryan Smith. If in fact it was an accident, Casey owes all that money back and she should have to pay for it. If it was just an accident, why go through the whole charade of saying her daughter was missing?
I agree with Barbara that it wasn't like C sat J down one day and said, "Well, here's what really happened." IMO J & the team concocted the G theory based on what kind of "doubt" situation would fit the evidence.
How did Casey Anthony pay for her legal counsel? Did they represent her on Pro Bono?
