  • @crc8467 Hi CRC...major muscle groups that are involved in this exercise are back and biceps...this exercise would not help in pectoral development.....best exercises for pectoral development are chest flyes and chest press....ofcourse not forget that you alo need to keep your protein intake high as they are building blocks of your muscles....regards.....raghav
