people aren't found innocent, they are found NOT GUILTY! there is a big difference. the casey anthony jury found that the prosecution did not have enough evidence to gain the death penalty. she was not found innocent, the prosecution just could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she killed her daughter and (and this is the most important part) she planned to kill her daughter before the fact. ask any lawyer, that is what happened.
