@j910615 yea you use toner or just buy this purple shampoo called shimmer lights from Clairol and put a little bit on ur eyebrows and leave it on for 10-15 mins. If u don't get the results u want leave it on longer like an hour or 2. careful not to get it in ur eyes

Is there anyway you can fully bleach your eyebrows? I've had blue hair since I was a freshmen in highschool, and I still hold it. But as i've gotten alot older, I realized i'd really finally like my eyebrows to match the color of my hair. Would you just leave the bleach on longer, or is there a certain kind?

@roxmehsoxsoff bleach your eyebrows as she does until they're as blonde as possible. Then get a blue eyeshadow one or two shades darker than your hair shade and using a stiff angled brush (usually used for gel eyeliners) brush the shadow on over the hairs in short strokes. Try to buy a decentish quality shadow because cheap ones WILL look chalky on the hairs.

I used your tutorial to help me, but forgot that my hair loovveess to drop pigment! So now, my dark brown eyebrows are flesh toned. I've been filling them in and using my tinted brow gel, and they look pretty normal. Although it varies from person to person, how long does it take your brows to return to their normal color?

I tried doing the bleached/light brown eyebrows, but I really missed the contrast that my naturally dark eyebrows have with my platinum hair, haha. This might sound weird ,but do you bleach your arm hair as well? I have a habit of doing it when I have leftover bleach from getting my roots done.

@CINDAAA 40 probably would have been the best thing to use when i first went blonde, but i used 20 over and over and it took eight hours, haha. the only time i've ever used 40 was when i did my retouch for the first time. because the developer was so high, it ate away at my already fragile hair :/ so i stick with 20 from now on. also, 40 turned my skin a weird color on my arms and it burned like crazy. i don't recommend it lol. i am just patient with my 20 now.
