you can use moistened wipes. then you need less of the paper. the method suggested here is really unsanitary. you'd really have to scrub that finger with antibacterial soap under very hot water to kill the germs--like salmonella. if you don't, and touch your eye, you could so easily get pinkeye.
We still use good old water and soap!!! No paper! And even better...we harvest the rain water for flushing in every house and even use recycled water and some places use sedimented sea water for flushing! We are far more eco-friendlier than many!!!
