According to info I have found on various websites, "Off Centre" premiered in October 2001 and ran until October 2002 on the old WB network. I am not aware of it being available on dvd.
it got cancelled because the producers wanted a more family like show, bad move. If they continued with this show, atm it would have been as big as friends ^^
There's more to this episode. For some reason it was excluded from AOL's archives of tv shows. They have most of the episodes for Off Centre but not this one.

i used to watch this show all the time when i was a kid, but i think they canceled it because the jokes were to much back then
