New York City Subway R142 4 Train Railfan with R62 4 Train

@jahmerikan6 I agree With u I miss the r62 4 train as well it was a staple in the bx especially in Yankee Stadium catching those trains that memories that stick with you they are wayyy better than the r142's mta sucks NTT Sucks oh the little pelham trolley called the 6 train sucks too lol .

:( I miss the R62 4. That symbolized apart of growing up in brooklyn for me. I really don't like the look of the R142 it just doesn't have the soul of the 62. Its too much like an R30 trying to be a R62..guess I'm just nostalgic

theres a rare R62 not R62A (1) train running during rush hours and an R62A (1) train using cars from the (7) running at all times (execpt off-peak hours)

wow really..i still think theres at least one set of R62s on the 4 cuz i kno the R142s on them are not fully set yet

@FanRailer nope but they r coming back to the 6 because the mta is usin the 6 r142a cars for their r188 order for the 7 so we wont be seing those r62a on the 6 till late this thru next yr and earlly 2013 and 2014
