oh shit... how do you load the attack of the dog while playing the guy o.O??? i was happy as i found out that can throw the spear during the bossfight with the gladiator ;) it was hard to get there with just the normal attack, this monster in the vid tock me like forever.

You can adjust the attack level of the dog in same menu where you can make dog agressive or passive(search).

You must have level 3 spear to thorw it 'strongly'. Level 2 only does a weak throw.

This is the best boss in that game, I love it. As I played this Game the first time, it took me hours and hours to beat it, but in the end I was very lucky ^^

yes you have to kill enemys to skill the weapon my brother had a lot of problems to kill the snake but I think it's easy dmg with the weapon and always use magic np

When I played this game for the first time,It took me around 2 hours to beat that damn Snake! XD...I didnt knew you can charge the weapons,Im replaying it and I killed it in like 5 minutes,hehehe,Great Game =)

No I didn't cheat. You just have to kill 200 enemies with spear so you can throw it.

don't you think that it's a bit too easy with spear at level 2 or 3? i mean, you just have to throw it all the time.

i beat it with the axe at level 1.

A lot of people hated this game because they thought it was ripping off SOM. Okay, so it has its similarities, big deal. I personally thought it was much better than SOM in terms of gameplay and story.

most difficult boss was the rat-king, without using your spear...

but its a really good game, i like the eastereggs and the funny dialogues...

Yeah rat king is difficult. But with good alchemics you can beat it. And you have bazooka in that point of game. Cecil gives it BDBD

WOAH!, I played this game when it first came out and I am playing it again.. I had NO idea you could charge your spear multiple times... or throw it either. I still defeated this snake-thing, but it took me charging up on spells and nectar, petals etc. Thanks for enlightening me!

to charge dog attack automaticaly, you may enter to action menu, and in the right of screen are numbers 0 to 3. You would select 3 option on dog

Am awaiting a rare PAL-version of this game in my mail-boks. :) And am already stunned by it´s beauty,just by watching this clip. Must be among the best rpg-games on SNES,or perhaps even on any 16-bit console! The sound-effect in the beginning of this vid,with the water- and jungle sounds.. amazing. If you want at least one rpg on SNES,this is your choice. =)

A totally underrated game, Glad to see some respect for it. And yeah you can level up the spear to do that. lol I do that early on, and use it till I get the next spear.

That's the cheapest and easiest victory. It takes some time to level up spear but it's worth it.
