Peter healed through prayer; Bentley supposedly has God tell him to hit and abuse people! When we went out in teams to evangelize the town, we used the Way of the Master style Gospel presentation, with is a lot more biblical that most presentations used.
There is a difference. I live and work in Lakeland. There is no revival, just people coming to Lakeland to receive some of this outpouring of the spirits to take home. I am not caught up in religion in one bit and I can say this man is not of God. It is not about religion, it is about what scripture tells us about the end times and this man has an ANTI- Christ spirit. He is speaking to demons, not angels, and in no place in scripture does it say angels with names would speak to us in the end times. Yes! Very true. I was reading in Acts 9 the other night and it described the miraculous healings of Peter. None of the things Peter did were like what Bentley does. Peter healed through prayer; Bentley supposedly has God tell him to hit and abuse people! That is completely contradictory to God's word, the acts of the disciples, and the acts of Jesus Christ, the Lord Himself!

I never said that he was necessarily completely possessed by Satan or any demons; however, human nature is inherently evil, and anyone - in this example Todd Bentley - can do evil, such as misleading people of God or giving false testimony, as he often does. If you could find a verse that supports worshipping the "one angel" or speaking to apparitions of Jesus and random spirits, then I may think a bit better of your arguments.

Todd claims there are many trees of life, and uses a translation error in revelations, in greek the same scripture todd uses for two tree of life actually states one. Scripture also says we will eat of this tree when glorification of our bodys occurs, todd states he has been eating for months already. I was there for 1 week and we didn't even hear about an angel! So please stop with that accusation. We were only lifting up Christ. But this was a healing revival, most of use were already Christians, who wanted to start healing people like Jesus commanded us to. Before the revival, my healing prayers weren't producing much effect, but now after the revival, in 1 weeks time, 4 people (here in China) have claimed to be healed by my prayer. Why wasn't this happening before I went to Lakeland.

There is a difference. I live and work in Lakeland. There is no revival, just people coming to Lakeland to receive some of this outpouring of the spirits to take home. It's humanism in it's "Christian" form: "Come Get Some" as Todd's website used to say. There is no mass or even noticeable repentance in the community. Not even a sense of the presence or the Awe of God. BAM BOOM, CHA CHING in the coffers of Todd and the assurance of the coming Judgment of God. It's clear from the Word.

Wrong! I went and there was a clear sense of revival, to be taken worldwide. Most of use were already ministers, not living in sin.

Todd is not healing anyone! there has yet to be one verified healing. only people saying they felt better. he has not shown any xrays or doctor exams to verify his so called healings. he never will be able to. based on the fact that nearly 20pct of all people have phychologicalically induced illnesses, it is no surprise that these individuals would feel healed by someone laying hands on them. based on the law of averages anyone could lay hands on people can would have similar results as Tom.

Only a WICKED generation looks for signs and wonders, whereas people should look for the sign of Jonah. Jonah was 'raised' on the third day and so was Jesus. In other words, ALL we should be looking for in these days is Jesus and not signs and wonders surrounding Him. We need only to look at God's Word and Christ Himself,nothing else. I am not caught up in religion in one bit and I can say this man is not of God. It is not about religion, it is about what scripture tells us about the end times and this man has an ANTI- Christ spirit. He is speaking to demons, not angels, and in no place in scripture does it say angels with names would speak to us in the end times. But it does the elect would be fooled and signs and wonders would follow those against Christ. Pray for discernment!
