its a good remake but kind of pointless. the original is still better, and they dont sound like r.e.m. while doing it. so if you like r.e.m. you dont want them to sound like another band, and if you dont like r.e.m. you wont be convinced that they dont suck, just because they imitate a different genre. the best you can say is that its cool that they chose a cool song to cover.

Yeah I found a few versions of it on You Tube by Athletico Spizz 80 but so far I can't find their version from "URGH! a music war". That's the best one two me. Though R.E.M. didn't do so bad for a reproduction.
