What's the first real chord? Besides the major triads in the beginning, is it an a diminished?

@negolatak Yes it's a dimished chord. In the arrangement I play it's an F# dimished in second position resolving to a B Major in first. So the bass has an A to a B and the treble is what everyone recognises as the tune. (E,F# and C played together to D#, F# and B)

Though I don't know Denise and don't really feel like I need to defend her, I think there is a bit of ignorance out there - esp. on these comment pages. She is transgendered which means that she is born a man, but is "wired" such that her true gender is female. I don't understand it much myself, but you can't question her - it is what it is. Respect her for it, and for the uncomfortable situations she has most likely endured. Seems to be a great person and plays great music which matters most!

Bravo, Miss Denise! I came across this after watching a favourite slide-show here on YouTube, with Wagner's "Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral" in the background. That'd be a nice little companion piece to the Mendelssohn, if you feel up to it some time. By the way, you get a *great* organ sound out of this electronic keyboard, and your technique is very fluid!

I play a 12 year old Technics PR60 Keyboard which has Church Organ Synthesiser Mode. I also plug the keyboard to my PC MIDI Port and Cakewalk Software to re-inforce the synthesised organ sound:) Denise
