I would say they were checking out each other and if anything Kyle got a huge crush on her while she was with Charlie. She obviously felt it too but tried to keep their friendship platonic. Unlike Jessie who chased Kyle right in front of Amanda even when Kyle told her over and over he loved Amanda. Kyle and Amanda forever! ps I do like Jessie but she is a bit crazy and not right for Kyle she needs to find her own boyfriend and stop man stealing.
