  • I am sharing this to a relative who gave me a copy of "The purpose Driven Life" last year :

  • fuck me an advert for a fuckwit radio show? some kid about to be pecked the fuck to death by a fuckin creature? shit.. id tear the show a new arsehole

  • man created the condition in the last picture frame, congrats on that

  • Wow....I feel like shit now.

  • Not sure if true, but I heard the person who took that pic eneded up comitting suicide. life is shit for a lot of people in this world. is that all part of gods plan? as C.H. would say "some design, huh?"

  • @hagenttzd As a photography major who has studied him, it is true.

  • You can never go wrong with the Welsh soprano. Lovely.

  • lol c0nc0rdance how manipulative you're. nice picture of nativity, and then you move onto a dying child. as a comparison.

those dying children are in that situation because of man, not God. there is plenty of good land for them to feed off, God provided c0nc0rdance, but man owns the land these days, and he doesn't want to share it.do something nice and invite a starving child to live in your home c0nc0rdance.

    no?

  • @aaugoaa Yes, mmm. All those droughts and diseases are all mans fault.

Quick question, who designed free will? Or the laws of free will?

  • @TheAsymmetrical there is enough land, no reason for anyone to live in a drought, or a poor quality of land that is not fit for humans to live on, but mans owns the land, and so people are not free to move.

free will? i do not believe in free will, i believe we will all learn eventually. misunderstanding, and understanding is a learning process. we were not born with knowledge of our full potential of understanding the purpose. so there is no such thing as free will.

  • @aaugoaa But why would god make that land completely undesirable to live on? I mean, Earth is 70% Undrinkable water in the first place and he decides to make pretty much a whole continent one big giant drought fest? If there is no free will, then surely it must have been God who tweaked our fundamental nature? Or designed it so we would evolve for us to have this predetermined nature.

  • @TheAsymmetrical well like i said we were not born with full knowledge of our potential to understand the purpose. so we move through a process of understanding and misunderstanding. but history shows us that we are progressing.

if there is enough land for humans to feed off then there is no need to count the land that is not good. maybe the land that is not fit for human consumption is good food for another species.

  • @aaugoaa you glossed over one of Asymmetrical points.

you say that men have no free will but then you say that men are responsible for all of the pain and suffering in the world. without free will how can men be responsible for anything?

tis the same with all religious people. They want to say that their god created everything...yet by "everything" they only mean god is responsible when someone is nice to you and it is man who is responsible when someone shoots you in a drive by.

  • @aaugoaa "All those droughts and diseases are all mans fault."

really...so germs, viruses, microorganisms do not play a part. Man is not responsible for anything except for the fact that we have cures for many ailments. Cures that we obtained on our own because eventually someone realized that praying was talking to the air around you.

when the world gets better it will be the result of man. not the result of a fairy tale.

  • @tapasoflife lol it does amuse me that you think man can defy nature. such vanity and ignorance. you really should know better by now, but you don't... you will die whether you want to or not. maybe you need to , to progress. lol

  • @aaugoaa man is defing nature. most probaly you live in a nice worm house, have electricity, have food any time you need, you don´t have to dodge big carnivors at daily basis. if you need to travel a long distance you take a plane or a car, and nature is the funny summer camp. the natural way is dying, leaving offsprings behind. so, now explain about not defing the enviroment which i think you had in mind the first place.

  • @aaugoaa So your saying man beats god? Why is god letting it happen? You're argument is flawed.. you going to turn around and say it's to test his faith now? quit the bullshit kid.

  • @musicplayah lol you tell me what i am to say so you can call it bullshit? no, thats you doing bullshit.

i am done here, to many thicko's

    lol

  • @aaugoaa Yes, since your first statement was bullshit filled with what i'd like to call american religous bullshit.

1.God is good man is bad!

    2.God can do anything!

Worldhunger- turn it however you want either statement 2 is false or 1.

Can i guess your response again? God works in mysterious ways!

    lmfao.. sit down.

  • @aaugoaa Did YOU invite a starving child to live in your home? If not, shaddap. It's not exactly as easy as buying a plane ticket.

  • Love it how they're white.

  • I "liked" this video, even though I very much do not like its message.

    Well done.

  • I don't like the way the buzzard is watching that starving child.

  • I missed the first half :( Hope it was as good as the last part. Also, why do we seek purpose and meaning in these dark and cold winter times? Or is it not more than usual throughout the year?

  • I haven't seen empire of the sun in probably 10 years.

Thank you for reminding me it exists.

  • Why all this hate?

  • @jcn35 you mean my hate that religions are still stuffing their idiocy down our throats after making a bloody mess for the last 2000 years? You mean that I have to struggle as a scientist to be heard while lunatics who believe in things that do not exist get lots of air time? I could go on but maybe you can see that religions are continuing to ruin things.

  • @farvision I actively chose to view this video and make a comment. Often atheist video's and comment hate my feelings which I can reply and make rude/hateful comments but I don't. I see alot of hateful comments from angry people. Set aside your anger toward religion and you will be a happier person. As I have set aside my anger for atheist I am happier person. Can't we just talk without trying to hurt one another?

  • @jcn35 You are defending the horrors that religion continues to propagate by suggesting that I stop hating such evil. I think humans and this planet are marvelous and I hate the horrid things religions cause, so I will continue to work to educate people so they drop this ancient inaccurate mythology. I suggest that you learn more science. If you do you will see religions as incorrect myths. Then you will become a kinder person.

  • @farvision Expect for Islam modern day religion no longer advocate "horrific" things. I do not blame Germans today for what there people did back in the 40's. As far as me learning science, I am an electrical engineer I work in R&D for medical company. I am a Catholic. I very well can be wrong but I see religion as a good thing more than bad. It helps turn peoples lives around to be a better person. for the masses at large keeps then "in-line".

  • @jcn35 I consider what the creationists are doing as horrific because it's destroying education in the USA and making us a third world country. I object to priests raping little boys. I object to the idiocy on money and what schools force kids to say that is stupid. Sure, these aren't bloody, but they ruin minds. Germany GAVE UP. Religions have not. Oh, you like to control people? That's really horrific! How ugly of you.

  • @farvision creationists are not destroying education. Public schools are doing a fine of job of that. city of NY has some of the worst schools in the country none of it has to do with creationists. Very part of society has bad people in it. Atheist are no exception. Control people is not what i meant and you know that. Every society(every nation) has to control people at some level extent. That is what I was referring too.

  • @jcn35 That being said, are you okay with non-scientific ideals being taught in a scientific format? If you are, I've got a really nice teapot to sell you, it's just orbiting Neptune.

  • So... the vulture gets food for xmas?

  • Purpose & design? There is no purpose & our design is quiet advanced, hints the words FREEDOM.FREE WILL.FREE ect.

  • Gentlemen.

You asked us to, "Please let us know whether you prefer blogtv or ustream."

    I prefer blogtv.

    Thank you!

  • Not only is god the worst deadbeat dad of all time, his children are so messed up they confuse eternal torture with unconditional love.

  • @pegasusfreedom I agree. Put god on the Steve Wilkos show. "YOU CALL YOURSELF A FATHER!!!"

  • @pegasusfreedom He used to have a wife (Asherah) but she disappeared and he didn't give her access to his kid.

  • @pegasusfreedom god isn't real though (lol)

  • @pegasusfreedom always that way for the neglected child. Any attention is sought and equated with love.

  • What is the song?

  • who cares about the MSS

  • @Alpinex105 Who cares? YOU. At least enough to spend your time typing "who cares".

  • @pburto but two different things to care about 1) expression 2) video

  • On this issue, I think more about animals. Dogs (wolves, African wild dogs) more or less eat their prey while it's still alive.

An objective perspective on the world could only suggest the conclusion that a creator god was an EVIL SADISTIC MONSTER wishing for LARGE portions of intense suffering in the life of every sentient being.

A peaceful and loving god could, if he wished, easily have made plants and animals where all the animals ate ONLY plants.

  • Pretty song

  • I think I get it. "Purpose seeking" only happens in affluent countries, where vultures aren't waiting for you to die. Otherwise, you're just seeking food. Merry Christmas.

  • @sillygoose544 I would have to disagree many primitive tribes founded incredibly complex religions.

  • @sillygoose544 I'm not so sure about that. In some cases maybe, yeah, if a person is solely focused on acquiring food and shelter they'll think less about finding purpose.

But I also think that sometimes, when we're at our most desperate is when we most fervently seek something to give us purpose and meaning.

  • @DoubtIsAVirtue I see where you're coming from. But I was more referring to egocentric "purpose", (Why am I here? What does god want me to do, because I'm so very special, and no doubt can have great influence in the world), not a convenient way to explain the hell someone may go through daily (My baby died because there's a greater power at work, so it isn't pointless.) I think that's the difference between what that kid believes and what Pastor so and so does, though it's not black and white.

  • What time is the Show today?

  • Purpose & Design.... human concepts, a side effect of over thinking....

  • >new Concordance video >it's some announcement thing

    I got all excited for nothing ;_;

  • Thankfully, the child in Kevin Carter's photo was set down by his mom momentarily while she got food at the feeding center, according to wikipedia. But this child probably possesses greater knowledge of God then all the youtube atheists combined. See luke 10:21. Also , Jesus predicted there would be famines and Christian organizations have formed to minimize the impact.

    "

  • @biblethink

You can pray for food to rain in Africa until we eventually die from our sun exploding, but the only thing that will help is people helping people, Not your god, not yahweh, not allah, not zeus, not unicorns, of faires, or the flying spaghetti monster, people will be the only thing that help people.

And you can't say a starving kid of probably 3-4 has a knowledge of anything god related other than what he has been force fed. That's ridiculous. We are all born Atheists.

  • @biblethink Am I alone thinking here that guy who wrote luke 10:21, couldn't convince any adult, thinking person, and could only brainwash some kids.

There are atheist and secular organizations to do that too, and as a bonus, they don't do it because being told to do, they do it for humanity.

  • @biblethink Thanks to the UN, this child received food on this day, but you can clearly see the child is STARVING. Is that what it takes to know god? Suffering horribly in this life for hope of a wonderful afterlife? It's such a shame how immoral xtians views are, while at the same time claiming moral superiority.

  • @Zen8804 God can't be bothered to feed the hungry. He needs to make sure Tim Tebow wins today.

  • @Cenamark2 LMAO Perfect. Reminds me of some ads I saw on TV last night..... A Christian dating site, followed up by a charity for starving children. The christian dating site "Sometimes you can't wait for God to make the first move...." All I could think of was "Yeah, god's gonna let a bunch of innocent children suffer and die in some cesspool, but don't worry, he'll find you a husband!"

  • @biblethink

"Jesus predicted there would be famines" - not much of a prediction considering that threat of famines was persistent problem of pre-industrial civilizations...

  • @KristoffDoe LMAO Jesus predicted there would be weather.

  • @biblethink Really? All i can see around me is families of 4-5 people starving their way through existence. Of course there will be famines, that is kind of a no-brainer; though I guess for fundamentalists such as yourself it takes a lot of thought to think of how easy it is to predict that. Whenever I see people like you typing on YouTube, i just wanna curl up into a ball and cry at how pathetic humans can be. Yes, I did just call you pathetic, you are also brainless and demented.

  • @biblethink You simply can't be serious. Thanking "god" for food that another human brought them? That's incredibly daft and delusional of you. Rather thank the other humans for this "god" did not do actually anything. Even then there are other millions of children around the world who did not get help in time. Your belief is flawed everywhere.

  • Going to be great \(^.^)/

  • my computer cant handle blogtv anymore without chopping up, there used to be uploads of em to youtube, but ive lost this channel?

  • The purpose is to celebrate that the sun stops sinking in the sky and starts to rise again and that the days are going to stop getting shorter and start getting longer. That's the reason for the season. To celebrate the rebirth of the SUN, Sol Invictus!

  • looking forward to seeing you on the show.

  • Comment removed

  • Your claim is untrue.

I do not seek purpose and meaning in (these) festive times.

Despite that I haz it, I don't really need it. Been fine without it, and I will prolly be.

  • now there is a public television nature show you wouldn't forget any time soon ...

  • Very touching.
