how depressing! it's sad that someone as talented as this guy has such a problem getting adequate funding. I have heard about Tokyo tho and it seems to be doing pretty well for and independent foreign film in the states, so maybe that will help him with funding in the future!

This world became a mediocre marketplace and an original person/artist/filmmaker as Leos Carax who's art is clearly a statement about life will have trouble to find funding....but I pray the money always comes to him...from somewhere.
