I made it. ^^ It's not very well made since it was my first costume, but it's comfy.

I would totally sell it if it wasn't my first costume and special to me. I did! I used a kimono pattern that you can find in pretty much any fabric store. And I altered it a little. I stuffed the purple collar part with fabric to make it a little stiff (I didn't know about interfacing back then). And I made a nagajuban (should have used thicker fabric) pretty much the same way, but I used cotton, which is the wrong material for an under-robe like this. I hope this helps! Good luck!
