JOE Hockey the Political fool that is up there with all the other political fools like Brendan Nelson & that idiot liar Howard is now setting a NEW level of stupidity. Not only is his math so poor that the idiot can’t add up ( yet he’s the shadow treasurer ) but added to this he decided to have it out with Abbot on the phone because he felt he was made to look bad. Hockey, NOONE is making you look like a fool, you do that job just fine. Idiot! I hope you’re sacked.

This is a perfect summary of the Gillard government's response to criticism of the carbon tax and of Gillard's tactics in general. In the mainstream media Gillard is applauded for slinging personal insults at the Libs. If the Libs criticise any Labor policy then they are "wreckers". The obvious media bias is appalling

@Grug27 You can count on one hand, regrettably, the media personalities who have not fallen for the man made climate change agenda. The ABC presenters in particular go into a lather when defending Gillard and the carbon tax. Their fervour can only be fuelled by the concerns that they are no longer being believed by the majority of the public. The shriller the dissent by media, the more they attack the Coalition, the more I am inclined to believe they are trying to cover their behinds.
