i've had my mare nearly 5 years and even after all this time she tries to push the boundaries - but still i love her! i cant help but not to and the good times always outweigh the bad, not matter how painful they are. Keep up the hard work. looks like you're getting through to her :)

this is the one thing in the horse world that genuinely pisses me off. when good riders give up on good horses simply because of one bad horse show? what is wrong with you. I don't think that you see hte same horse that I see. OR the same rider I see. why are you taking it for granted? dont give up on it.
One bad horse show?! Do you know one thing that annoys me in the horse world? People who are clueless of people's situations commenting.. I have had this horse for nearly 2 years and i have had ONE, yes ONE double clear in that entire time.. I try and i try and i try and she never ever gives anything back, if she goes over the first fence.. it's a achievement.. in this video these are my favourite moments of being with her, and i'd say it's about 5% of the footage i have..
Carrying on.. the rest is stopping.. and stopping and stopping.. falling and falling and falling... don't ever say i take it for granted because i cherish and adore this mare more than anything else, she will never ever leave my side and i am proud to of never given up on her but it is never easy! And you try and ride into a fence knowing your going to be eating dirt in the next few seconds, there's only as much your confidence can take before you reach the point of throwing the towel in!
okay, try not to pitch a fit on me. I had read somewhere that you had a bad show at the beginning of this season, and I had taken that to mean that it was one show that was bad. sorry for the misunderstanding. And i wouldn't judge, because i've been in this situation more than once.
I can vouch for Catrin... Jade really gives her a hard time, and cat is so brave to try to push her through... she looks like shes jumping, and then.. wham - she stops.. x
dont give up. i have to teach my 14.2 2 jump. u will get theer i was like u once so i totally no how u feel but ive got there in the end amd now im jumping big 17.2 horses

Things always get better, they may feel terrible now but you can only improve. You both are so talented and it is a shame to give up on such a beautiful partnership. Sometimes you gotta pay your dues, so don't worry, just push on through. If things are as bad as they can be then tomorrow will definitely be better, right? All harsh realities seem to come in two's and three's but there WILL be a brighter time for you just up ahead. If it's any consolation, I would be so proud if my best moments were as good as yours, especially flatwork. Love the vid. =)
