Everything you ever make is automatically copyrighted as soon as you make it. The copyright office is just there to help make a official record so you don't have to worry about someone claiming that your stuff is there stuff, it gives you some solid proof. Any other proof that you can come up with that you think will stand up in a court of law could do as well. But even with zero proof it's still your copyright, just someone could Mess you over and there would be nothing you could do about it.

@TTT1776 While it may be true in principle that what you make "automatically" is copyrighted, the fact remains that if you can't prove you created something at a certain time, your claim to exclusive rights has no solid ground in a legal case. The way you legally establish copyright is by filing with the office or documenting in some other way when you produced your work.

The only vital difference that you MISS, CorruptieVanLulz, is the fact that I only flag videos that clearly violate YT rules. I never have and never will file DMCA or copyright violation claims because doing so stifles creativity on YouTube. So "ED and 4 chan" just don't get it, and their efforts will fail.

Honest...The problem is that if people feel they can't deal with your arguments or evidence, they try to get rid of you any way they can, i.e., by filing false DMCA and copyright infringement claims. I suspect someone didn't like the fact that I had a channel removed due to impersonation of my account, and NOW the person is trying the revenge thing...in grand ignorance no doubt. LOL.

Honest...Impersonate as in, there was a guy on YouTube who called himself "ChristianRoadWarrior" who started posting MY videos onto his channel without my permission or approval. "Style" can be subjective. My style is unique from a Christian standpoint, but other than that it's not new.

Did you know there's a area underwater that, when discovered, was thought to be an anient man-made ritual structure back before the water level was as high as it is.
