Hey man, I love your challenger...do you think the exhaust and intake managed to get you 30-40hp more then other guys that dynoed their challenger and only got 360hp?
I am looking at purchasing either the Charger or the Challenger...whats your take on the Challenger in terms of handling and performance? I heard its a heavy beast...
I'd say the intake and exhaust added maybe 10hp before I had the predator tune. Most of my gains came from the predator and 180 degree tstat. When I had just an intake and exhaust it put down 370rwhp, and after adding the predator and 180 tstat it bumped it up by 23hp, so thats where most of the power came from.
I would strongly recommend getting the Challenger over the Charger. I've driven both, and I can say that both the new and old Charger to me feels very sloppy in the corners
the Challenger handles so much better because its a smaller and lighter car than the Charger. Also, if you are looking for handling as well as straight line speed, seriously consider putting strut tower braces in both the front and rear. Its a good handling car but once I put the front and rear braces on it totally changed how the car behaved in the corners and its so much better now.
