There's a lot of ways you could reverse a song. The easiest and most practical way is to google around for Reverse Speech software. Usually freeware or something relatively cheap that you can download that will allow you to reverse something.

You can also do it with many sound editing programs. I'm a musician myself so I have Acid Pro, SoundForge, and a bunch of others and I'm pretty sure most of these can do it.
