Aevynne you need to last hit more. And as they said previously, don't waste money on pots after about level 4. Max your Q first, and only put 1 point in Charm until you can't level anything else.

Aevynne! Don't max charm first D: it doesn't do much damage, trying to max the first orb thing, Q, then W, the 3 orbs, charm is just her utility type skill

@AevynneLulzTiem First off, how many pots did you buy? You should never go past the 15 health pot mark, otherwise your spending too much money on them, what you should do is build an early catalyst before/after tier two boots, and then along with the boots, either make an rod of ages or build into something like an archangels or rabadons, from having 3 ap items (always have your roa and rabadons, and take something like archangels or rylas scepter,) build against your enemy

@AevynneLulzTiem Mana pots should only go for as long as your having serious trouble staying in a lane with enough mana to engage, when your only using up to 2 spells to harass with at any given time.

@AevynneLulzTiem i have a tip not on how to play ahri but just in general, use smart cast. it helps a lot with skill shots. it automatically casts the spell that you press ( q , w, e ,r) without you having to click where you want it to go, it automatically just goes where your mouse is

@AevynneLulzTiem ok i find that unless you are really getting pressured in lane or are having to spam your abilities to survive then you should only need pots after going back twice. so getting some first if you don't get doran ring (which i don't suggest) then you when you go back first time get some then maybe some more the second time but not as many and as frequently as you were getting them. hope that helps. :D

@AevynneLulzTiem as long as you get ap items, there arent really any items you SHOULDNT get for her, depending on the situation. you generally want a rabadons and a rylai's in your build.

On Ahri i normally work towards getting:

Rabadons

Rylais

Will of the Ancients

Void staff

Abbysal Scepter

Banshees Veil

Of course you have to learn how to adapt your build to the enemy teams abilities / behaviour. just experiment with different things

Aevynne I suggest highly you get Charm at 3 and then forget until you max Orb first then Fox Fire and of course you get ultimate at 6, 11 and 16.

@G33rin Ahri's W (Fox fire) does more damage than her orb, has a shorter cd, and requires no targeting other than physically being next to an enemy.

@chocletemilkshards that may be true but in the long run if you max orb first then its actually more damage plus you can attack anything in its way...with foxfire it attacks 3 closest whether it be cs or champ. essentially you want to master doing either jump in with Dash > Charm > Orb > Fox Fire that or Charm > Orb > Fox Fire > Dash

If you check your passive at 1:06, you'll notice after hitting "bush" your passive got 3 stacks (can't get more on one spell if I remember right) so you hit both of them (one twice and the other one at least once) :D

@huant100 don't comment if your going to say something stupid.. always buy pots. depending on who your playing and what your first item is, but you always need pots its essential to early game laning and survival

@gavilac02 Theres a difference between needing pots and thinking you'll need them, only get pots when in doubt or you KNOW your gonna need them, otherwise i find it common that not having pots was way more useful than buying as many as i could, which would normally be 3-5.

@gavilac02 + when you get 20-50 pots in a game that means your spending WAY too much money on them. 20 pots is 700 gold, to hell that costs more than any tier one item, and some tier 2 items!

Aevynne, at 1:05 (when you random Q the bush) you DID hit people. There are two ways to know as Ahri; you got passive stacks. If you read the passive you only get stacks if you hit something with it (champions or minions), and since minions were obviously not in that bush, you had to have hit some champion. Additionally, your Orb (the Q) makes a different noise when you hit stuff.
