I know you are doing this for everybody's benefit because otherwise, you would not trouble yourself video documenting these and just do experiments until you have perfected what you aim to achieve.
I am most interested in your scooter experiments because I would like to do the same thing with my motorcycle. How are you doing so far?
Thanks for posting these tests. Although not conclusive, this is a great demonstration that clearly shows the difference in ignition speed of a propane flame verses a hydroxy flame. This is what is happening inside the cylinder of an ICE, and is partially where that gains are coming from. I look forward to your further tests which can validate these theories.

it is evident that you got a faster ignition, however It did also to be more explosive perse than the propane torch. Just my thoughts

just a comment on your experimental design... wouldn't it have been better to have used 2 spoons instead of one?

I'm not sure what difference that would make a cooled, cleaned and dried the spoon between tests.
