I believe the ancients probably self-destructed the Tria, the hyperdrive was shot so they wouldn't have been able to do anything with her, and they certainly wouldn't have left her in deepspace for the humans to salvage from. This is just speculation though, none of this is canon, the fate of the Tria was never explained in the show, that may allow her to return in later episodes.
It's the same model, but a different gun. We know Ronon's gun isn't Satedan technology so there has long been a lot of speculation as to where he found it during his time as a runner. This episode will probably be the one that answers that question.

Even if it does end up surving the spoilers make it sound like there's no way Atlantis is getting their hands on it. The travelers are being built as a wild card that could potentionally ally themselves with Atlantis from time to time. So I suspect that the writers want the ship to survive, but in order to balance things out it is control of the travelers who are untrustworthy and don't make a habit of running into battle.
