I don't mind this so much, there is really no way to protect a screen. The tough body covers from drops, the water proof feature is incredible, but I don't imagine anyone at the company imagined someone willfully attacking the screen. Better marketing and more careful description of the phone's actual durability would serve them better, but all in all it seems like a great product.
