One think I Need to add fire mages do use cone of cold as well they spec into it so they have another freeze the burst can be way harder do to a sheep ring of frost combo. It's simple. They sheep you then ring of frost over you thus you have no armour do to the sheep after this they will burst the hell out of you. Fire is very op I've played it for a year now so that's my input.
