It's unusual to see a slotted headstock and classical style tuners on a steel string guitar. Was this a special model or something common for Martin? I think it's odd how so many comments on the good guitar players include "can you send me the sheet music" or "can I have the tablature."

My reccomendation : watch the chords, the rest is up to you to figure out. Get a style an stick with it ...or a chord book.

Ever considered doing happiness is a warm gun? Seems like it may be hard to arrange with all the different timings and what-not but I'm sure you'd do an excellent job of it. Either way your a great musician and a source of inspiration to all of us young finger picking guitar players out there.

yes i have. i've noodled around with it too. you're right about rhythms. tricky.

but mainly the problem is long stretches of the melody aren't that interesting to me without words. hum the tune "she's well acquainted with the touch of the velvet hand like a lizard on a window pane" and you'll see what i mean. (and that same long melody repeats 3 more times with only slight variation!)
