Do time cycles matter or lunar (full moon/new moon) in any aspect or is it just the pivot, trend lines, gaps, fib levels?

Also, I mentioned yesterday that the time retrace from Oct 07 to Mar 09 (512 days) is twice the time from the Mar 09 low to the Nov 17 (256 days). 1/2 retrace in price and time for dow. Got that data from elliotwave update yesterday.
