cell phone can not POP the corns, but Ham/ amateur radio 1500 watts can do it faster than most microwave oven can. most powerful microwave oven are rated 1200 watts, many are less than 1000 watts of radiation power. of cause microwave oven are safe with radiation enclosed. look on back of microwave oven to see the power rating.

A oscillating microwave oscillates the microwave radiation so it uses microwave frequency but oscillates it at a lower frequency. a microwave oven needs 2 minutes on lets say half power 300W (2225MHZ) I cellular phone sends out on 0,5 Watts and in another wave length (900 - 1800 MHZ) smart phones 1900 MHZ to and also higher..

But if there is some 2,25 GHz harmonic it is much less than the main wave ..

I don't think it can pop the corn....

No, it isn't fake. The table was kicked, of course, but the corn was popped. The radiation distributed by the 5 cell phones was equal to, or greater than the radiation given off by the microwave if you popped it in their. Microwaves use radiation for their heat, and cell phones generate radiation, so it's pretty much like a cell phone microwave xD
