thats not a trick its just his natural instenct thats how he chirps kinda like how a finch just chirps without command thats wat cookie is doing

I'm not an expert,by no means on parrots,but I think Suns are the BEST.They have a good temperment,they are loyal,loving,not much of biters.They aren't the sharpest tack in the box but sharp enough.I have 7 parrots.It seems my sun likes dehydrated fruit (mango,papiya,pineapple) more then my other birds.He likes Multi-grain Cheerio's as well.Chicken once in awhile,Semi-cooked pasta,and eggs.Pine nuts are their favorites but BLING $.These birds are my best buddies.Thanx 4 the posting.Awesome !

Aww well hes adorable. Funny because cookie is my dogs name and my sun conures name is phoenix. Hes growing in his yellos back feathers! So he has a couple random yellow splotches :P
