I call shenanigans. He probably had a huge sprocket on the wheel which will mess up the speedometer - There's no way that many other cars were going that fast. The huge sprocket probably explains how he was upshifting so smoothly in a wheelie, too.

That speedometer show way too high - buses don't do 112 km/h (they are normally limited to about 100 km/h on their speedometer, wich is 96-98 km/h true speed, in Europe)
