Nanak dev, criticizes:

You read your books; you worship stones and sit like a stork, pretending to be in Samaadhi. you recite the three lines of the Gayatri three times a day. Around your neck is a rosary, and on your forehead is a sacred mark; upon your head is a turban, you wear two loin cloths. If you knew the nature of God, you would know that all of these beliefs and rituals are in vain. Says Nanak, meditate with deep faith; without the True Guru, no one finds the Way. P 470

Everyone Says Guru Nanak found the sikh religion But, Mohala Pehala Says> No one is mine — whose gown should I grasp and hold? No one ever was, and no one shall ever be mine. have done nothing; I am doing nothing now. The True Guru has blessed me with the Ambrosial Nectar of the Naam. What other efforts can anyone make, when You bestow Your blessing? Nanak seeks Your Sanctuary

Upon Hearing this song I had to say this. If Nanak is Narankar? then Nanak him self said: Nirankar is formless. on p 8 Guru Granth this what he had to say:

Their beauty cannot be described. Neither death nor deception comes to those, within whose minds the Lord abides. The Bhagats of many worlds dwell there. They celebrate; their minds are imbued with the True Lord. In the realm of Truth, the Formless Lord abides.

Nanak is not Narankar. He said that to his true sewak Mardana quite a few times that he wants to be one with Nirankar.
