I like Paul and Barr, but will go for Palin. I'm not a nit picker. Palin helps. That's my choice. And there are other libertarian leaning Repubs who were going to go to Barr or sit out. And now they will come home. It's adding percents to McCain. And take it easy on Paul. He ran 3rd party in 88. He doesn't have to go every year. He even likes Palin.
It appears that the NWO will win, even if the programmable voting machines have to make the call.
DO vote 3rd party. That is the ONLY way to support the constitution.
Palin is the best of the 4 big Party hacks, but she is the one who first started talking about lipstick on a pig. Being such a babe, I doubt she was too concerned about the comparison.
No third party will win because of the media influence, but just to deny a majority to the major party candidate would be good as well.
And what in particular am I making no sense about? ru Pro-Obama or pro Ron Paul? Tell me what you have a problem with specifically and we can talk - just slamming me for nothing makes no sense, eve...
There's a difference between what he said and what people heard. Obama was so good at maintaining a consistent message, why is he going off the rails now? He has to calm down and chill out, and talk about the issues.
"Ron Paul tells us to vote for third parties - why won't he run for one? Why not take the risk, congressman? Let's be honest, the GOP hasn't done you or your supporters any favors, have they?"
First off all he is 73 years old, give the guy a break. Second, he is opening it up for the future so that maybe MAYBE 3rd party candidates can debate dems and repubs in the future.
I don't think so. If there was any time for Dr. Paul to take the risk, now is the time. And he is playing it safe. Explain to me how he can stay with the GOP and tell us not to vote for them?
Ron Paul was elected as a Republican, he's not going to turn his back on those that elected him. That's the kind of person he is. And his message isn't about partisanship, it's about the future of America, and your right to post whatever you want on youtube even though you don't like him.
Ru kidding? Ron Paul WAS our future. I support him totally. I just think that he has the opportunity right now to really rally all of us who understand that neither of the two major parties are the answer. Spread our vote over 3 or 4 other parties basically says nothing.
He's not going to run because he's keeping his word of not running. His conference today did disappoint me. I was hoping for a Ventura/Paul ticket. I do think that by voting 3rd party it sends a strong message this election then ever before. Not only to the douopoly but to the rest of the world that we are not war mongers and we just want freedom. What sort of "actions" did you think Ventura meant at the convention?
Agreed. Problem is that that 3rd party vote will be spread across 3 parties, thus making the overall protest vote practically meaningless. Can you imagine the difference between 3 parties each with 5-10% of the vote compared to a unified party with 20% of the vote?
What difference is there between 3 parties with 7% each v. one party with 20%? How is 21% of people from 3 different parties having a unified message but pulling together people from diverse areas any worse then to ask people to choose a party who's message they like but their candidate they hate? ie. Bob "the rat" Barr.
and grammar class?

If he would run 3rd party and he got many votes, he would be shot I fear :(.
BTW, Bob Barr MAY jump down in favour of Ron, THAT would make my day ^_^.
Also, americans need to take out all their savings from their banks because they will fail within 3-6 month, no joke.
