That's familiar, I'm reading Penni Shelton's book now and just read about chia seeds. They sound like a miracle food! Whole foods has them too, I'm going to buy mine tomorrow!

a good recipe with chia seeds is the gel that she made and add honey and lemon juice and it taste really good. its called "fresca" in mexico
