The intro allways gets me thinking of some kind of birthday celebration. Its just so weird. I wonder what mike and randy thought about when they composed that.
I absolutely HATE the way they put voices and all those other noises in with the ending of this song. This song is incredible, and those noises mixed in with the song at the end completely ruin it. I wish they had just left it alone and not ruined the end, but wow, this song is absolutely amazing. Michael Brecker has outdone himself again with another awesome sax solo. RIP
This is absolutely my favorite Brecker Brothers song. Can you imagine what people thought when this first came out decades ago? It must have blew their minds!
Yeah, people had really fragile minds all the way back in 1981 (shortly after the crimean war) and when the brecker brothers invented jazz/funk fusion, everybody literally went insane, there were riots in england...

I remember the first time I heard this tune as it was yesterday. Limitedmoon was absolutely precise with his words, it "blew my mind".
Randy Brecker's solo in this theme is eternal. RIP Michael, you were the best.

The beginning is a little like "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas"
