I made this today with the things that I had around the kitchen. I exchanged celery + dried parsley for fresh parsley, yellow onion for shallots, and soy cheese for hard cheese. The results was delicious! I also added a little bit of chopped walnuts for texture, and that was good as well.
chefcuicui, its the fast food and irregular eating habbits plus ready-made packed foods from super market are harmful for health. If you use fresh stuff and less fat plus more fibres and vegetables, then chances are very less to gain weight. Mary & Jose are right, one needs to keep metabolism in order and also does proper excercise. You know very less French people are fat :-) as they prefer not to eat fast food ;-)

Very often the people think to eat well is a risk to become fat.
The truth is: you earn in energy and happiness, and with little excercise necessary for the equilibre of the body you don't take weight.
At the opposite to eat badly and without the love to prepare by yourself nice meals you have not this energy and you become weak and quickly fat.
