  • Friday Dec. 16,2011 Chris Cornell sang to Natasha's original piano recording of ''When im down''. Chris had a vase of flowers next to the record player as he sang a song so beautiful. Its like she was right there with him.

  • Desencarna Nathasha y las calles llenas de delincuentes.

  • I just never get tired of watching this video

  • Incredible!!!! 11 was a12.

  • Alain solea como Adrian Belew

  • That little look he gives around :44 to Natasha haunts me.

  • Gorgeous.

  • now you see where josh homme got his moves....

  • Is Irons wearing tin foil?

  • Damn I Miss This Band

  • Voice of a GOD!!!

  • god=love

  • That solo is way too sick.

  • Its one of the greatest songs i ever heard!

  • THat guitar solo is IN FRICKIN MAZING!!!!!

  • this is such a fun riff to play

  • what year is this? 93?

  • God I miss this band.

  • I love this song (and band) just as much, if not more today, than the very first time I heard it on the radio. Powerful, honest, real music. This live version is beyond belief.

    R.I.P. Natasha.

  • How can there be two trolls, even given their trollness, who would press the dislike button for this epic performance? For shame, you creeps.

  • they fucking nail it ofcourse!

  • GREAT

  • These are some talented people, really love this band

  • Is Jackie I. wearing a tin foil suit?

  • jack irons?????

  • I know that there is still great talent in music! Why are the talented bands like this not given a chance anymore. Why are Awful, talentless, tasteless, useless so called bands being forced upon us. Eleven and the bands of this time period who actually wrote songs and made UN MANUFACTURED music are what it's all about! They didn't need to go on a stupid reality show to be heard or noticed....they had the talent to stand on their own!...Its so sad what most people call music these days!

  • awesome.

  • Has anyone noticed the simililarity between " ELEVEN" & " SUPER 400" or am I the only one? Listen to SUPER 400's " Green Grass End" and tell me if I'm mistaking.

  • Criminally overlooked band...a shame

  • where's the bass ???

  • @dxxx4215 Natasha plays bass with her left hand on the keyboard. Keyboard parts with her right. She was truely amazing. Oh and sang at the same time.

  • @moonrock thanks a lot ;)

  • I like this a lot...just learning of this band from research into Them Crooked Vultures which Alain Johannes also plays. I didn't realize he had such a good voice. Reminds me of Corey Glover....

  • Kick ass song, but wtf is the drummer wearing?

  • @WMackbd Tin foil to to keep him being seen by the aliens

  • I lover her head bobble when she plays, RIP.

  • cool!

  • Good band, crash today is an especially good song as well as this one. I'm no jesus freak, but does this song kinda sound like its describing him, especially in the second verse, talking about doves from above, magic being simple and children unraveling. Anybody know if these guys are religious? That would be lame

  • @tvver hahahahaha

  • @floke15

    wut?

  • and now alain is the second voice and guitarrist of TCV

he could have been the lead voice and guitarrist of eleven this days and more famous than then

  • Jack Irons is a beast!

  • Eleven does rule!

  • this band had everything you could want a band to have: ridiculous talent, great, memorable songs, charisma and a completely identifiable style.

  • and don't mr jackie irons!

  • These guys were EXCELLENT.. Way ahead of their time!

  • Comment removed

  • this song really cracks me up... RIP NATASHA

  • awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The true RHCP fans will always remember Jack I. for being the original drummer and the guy who wear the "tits hat". lol

  • What is Jack wearing LOL!

  • @coffinshaker AHAaa i forgot how funny he was especially in the chilli pepper days.

  • ok...........I'm impressed :)

  • he deservs more recgnisition to his solo carrier

  • @QOTSAPT I agree completely!!! what a fucked up society we live in, if he looked like John Mayer he"d be #1 thousand times more talent!

  • what a full fuckin sound they have without a bass

miss havin these 2 in queens

  • long live 90's rock....

  • great tune

    I miss the 90s

  • R.I.P Natasha

  • @ElementOleoo How did she die?

  • @turntapzap Cancer

  • @dragasoni So sad....such a supremely gifted player.

  • jack is awesomely imbalanced. in the head i mean.

  • I love this song. Alain <3

  • You guys rock! I love Natasha!

  • once again, the most underrated band of the last 20 years.

  • Alain has recently become one of my fave guitarists. Watch the live version of "long slow goodbye" by Queens of the Stone age from their DVD. (Over the years and through the Woods.) Genius.

  • his is simply genius

  • @AdmiralDonuts if anybody wants to watch that live performance you may click on my name i have whole DVD

  • A great song, they deserved a lot more credit. Natasha was a true talented beauty R.I.P.

  • His Guitar is a Fender Jazz Master Orginal...

    Sweet...

  • conan!!!!!...................love you jack!!

  • The guitar looks like a Fender Jaguar with humbucker pickups.

  • anyone knows what kind of fender uses Mr Johanes?

  • Well I'm blowed! What a top song that is. I remember that on MTV years ago. Under rated and what a solo that is. RIP the Russian foxy one

  • Incredible..RIP Natasha

  • I just heard eleven's music for the first time today. very good stuff!

  • love jackies outfit!

  • This is one of the greatest bands of all time. One can only wonder why millions of albums were not sold. All 5 albums are killer. If you don't have them buy them. I love these guys. Thank you Alain, Natassha for such beauty.

  • @thebillykeith

Soo True! I only have their 1st album, but I dig that 1 completely. Are they still together? If they aren't, they should be. Natasha totally kicks @ss on the keys...well, they all do really.

  • @bob4analog No they arent together, Natasha died of cancer a couple of years ago sadly :(

But Alain released a solo album called 'Spark' not so long ago, its worth checking out :)

  • yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • damn jack is outta control. great song!

  • AMAZING :) :) :)

  • WOW.this is GREAT..

  • In the spirit of Henry Miller, I was just thinking of her, but more of how she plays the organ than a literal Henry Miller thought. I also just remembered many years ago on a little note card, the very quote I gave to her: she treasured. It was a quote about music. A quote from Henry Miller's Tropic of Capricorn from a little bug. Do you remember? RIP N.S.

  • Alain! This is sooooo beautiful and yet so painful! You guys are just killin...AND I miss her!

  • great fucking band. amazing guitar work.

  • Natasha Schneider rest in peace....we send our love to you in the sky.

  • anyone else think it's kinda a weird coincidence how every band irons played with is awesome?

  • Alain johannes! CHilenoo!! :D

  • i remember when you opened for soundgarden in paris 1996. probably one of the best thing i've ever seen live !

  • this is one of my all time favorite bands, and it sounds fantastic live, you cant beat that solo. Im so sad to hear about the news, she was so amazing. rip Natasha

  • Alain is a sick player..Tasha too

  • Man Alain is a badass!!! Jack Irons is a beast on that backbeat, RIP Natasha!

  • yeah that cat is killer on guitar. i like all the stuff he did with Cornell and Queens but I never heard Eleven's stuff till now.

  • listen to "all my friends" off Howling Book. That song says a lot.

  • I´d say listen to flow like a river..

  • God, he's good.

  • the Howling Book album is available on iTunes too

  • What a kick ass solo, why isn't rock like this anymore...

  • great music what rock music could be

  • I is a very interesting set up, lets see a electric guitar, drums, and a keyboard that offers distortions for the bass, there is no bass player, in a sense this group reminds minds me of the doors or emison lake and pamer, ups, i will include white stripes too.

  • wish cornells second album had these guys in again ....proper music

  • did you hear the new cornell's stuff?

  • yeahs its rubbish, its nothing like when eleve was involved. RIP natasha you will be missed. :(

  • Alain looks like Hurley from LOST here.

  • What a band!!! This was Alain's best band since What Is This? back in the 80's in L.A. He and Natasha had a great chemistry together on many levels. This was great music, heavy hitting, psychedelic, very original and it ROCKED to boot! Alain is a very creative guitarist and his Jack Bruce-like vocals are a big plus too! Love how Natasha could make that organ swirl, smoke and conjure up all kinds of mysterious colors!

RIP Natasha, you are indeed missed here!

  • i felt so sad when i notice natasha's gone, very very sad, i really apreciate her artistic work

  • We'll miss you Natasha... R.I.P

  • I feel sad for Alain, they were one talented couple

  • RIP Natasho :(

  • RIP Natascha

Ironicly, only a second after I listened to her intro talk on 'A Song for The Deaf' I read the sad news.

    -Now is all we have-

  • Sad sad News........

  • OmIGOD NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT? No fucking justice that this AWESOME band didn't get the recognition they so richly deserved! Tears welling up. R.I.P. Natasha! A truly great, unique musician & vocalist. Fucking Heartbreaking.

  • R.I.P, Natasha ;(

  • may the angels hug you in Heaven...

    Rest in Peace Natasha

  • Rest in peace Natasha

  • so what is jack irons (the drummer) doing nowadays cause i heard he quit

  • He left for a bit to play with Pearl Jam. He came back after Greg Upchurch left to join Puddle of Mudd. They released Howling Book with Jack on drums. It's an incredible album if you haven't heard it. They're currently working on their next album together :)

  • Jack Irons and Alain Johannes are still working with Brody Dalles from Distillers in the Spinnerette project ;)

  • i don't understand the point of the drummer's costume, but he looks incredibly amusing. :)

  • i got avantgardedog on amazon for a dollar (with shipping)

  • GREAT lyrics - from seed to flower! Trapped in a shell my intention is strong With a mouthful of water I can break through a stone Carried on a dove I have dropped from the sky Now the ground is above and my goal is set high Reach out with a kiss from my mother Reach out just to smile at my father Straight like a wand my magic is simple Sensing your laughter the breeze makes me nimble My colors displayed I am ready to travel On the back of a bee all my children unravel
  • jack looks funny lol

  • alain's the guy !

  • La cagá esta banda

    Johannes es lo mejor loko

    chau

  • alain looks like john locke from lost

I hope someday we hear some new shit from these guys.

  • hey he does, i never noticed that. and ya i hope we do too

  • la raja la wea....

  • increible conshetumareeee

    pedazo de banda!!!!

  • They did some great work with Chris Cornell. I saw them in 1999 and Natasha had horribly dyed black hair, but she swayed to "Pillow of Your Bones" when she played, and it was awesome!

  • haven´t seen that video before....

why this band is always su fucking difficult to get?

    they are my favourite band!

  • I love this band!

    Is so original and powerfull!

    Great music!

  • Amazing!! THIS is a band that people who know good music whisper into each others ears and tell each other about. Saw them on MTV Headbangers Ball in the UK many years ago, brought the cd's on import. Reach Out is a PERFECT song!! so uplifting!! Lots of love to Eleven

  • cant find this album anywhere? aww

  • Search for it on Amazon. This is from "Eleven" (self titled). I also highly recommend "Avantgardedog" which you can get on CD Baby.

  • i could upload to you if you want me to

  • Natasha plays the bassnotes. :)

  • They are playing wihout bass player?

  • Live Natasha plays the bass notes on keys and Alain sometimes uses an octave splitter on his guitar which fills up that end of the frequencies. In studio, Natasha actually does play bass as well.

  • yeah eleveN!!!!!

  • Jackie Irons :) great

And so is Alain, they play together since they were teenagers.

  • super!!!!! super!!!!

  • great jack irons
