It is meant to be a reviewable transcript as much as it is a video. Unfortunately the captions are only accurate after Dec 13th (not this video).

@sweetcathy921 Subtitles up until Dec 13th were created by YouTube's Machine Transcription, which is pretty amazing for timing purposes, but does generate lots of errors. Dec 13th & beyond Closed Captioning data is used, so that is much more accurate.

Since then, they've been imported from Closed Captioning data already paid for by the city (ripped from SHAW 89). I don't have any decent CC data from before Dec 13th, so these old archives can never be improved (by me).
