try throwing 75-150 lbs haybails around for 7 hours in a 100 degree barn or carry a 350 lbs john deere transmission to a broken down tractor in a field and then youll understand...as for the video, when school is back in around labor day i will post a video proving your ass wrong
im the exact same flaco, i never work my lower body but i work on a farm i just went to my schools gym a day ago and never lifted with lower body with measured weights, my squat was 300 lbs max and i deadlifted 500 lbs so just because you dont do speceific lifts on your lower body doesnt mean you cant have strength in ithell im only 140 lbs i deadlefited 500 dude thats my school record so i dunno wut ur talking about. it might just be my farmboy genes who knows
raise your lifting weight closer to your max and do sets of two if need be. Make sure your taking in the right amount of protien, your diet is most important. I am 5'8, only 140 pounds and I max out at 210. When I first started lifting I was 125 pounds and maxed out at 120 sad shit!
