Allegro Moderato? He's completely violating the score. Also, you notice as he gets into it, he starts to take a totally different tempo. It should be the same throughout.

HOOOOOLLLYY SHIIIIIIIIZZZ O_O... The tempo is supposed to be 120-126.. I've seen another vid of him playing ~130, but THIS is INSANE.
Oh yeah, anyone have tips for playing this? I'm having trouble w/ right hand octaves, particularly around 0:30 to 0:39

@pianozhenzi The tempo is too fast & he slows down becuase he cannot manage it in that stupidly fast tempo.
Perhaps a young 21 year old virtually inexperianced student should consinder who she might possibly be replying to ;)
