    posing is a good way to ensure blood circulation after working out and also helps with your muscle control...

    Now that this was 2 years ago, I'm interested to see how you've progressed-- I liked how you were careful to protect your lower back by keeping your abs in, but for a lot of the ab exercises, I was worried about your lower back anyway. Plus the pushup sequence was so long and so violent that I was worried about your shoulders. Are you still injury-free?
