This is whipped cream. which can be bought at smart&fina, it comes in a liquid form. its whipped until i get the consistency that i like/need, then i add food coloring.
It's just whipped cream.. you didn't add a stabilizer? Or is it something like riches whipped frosting, where you have this pint of frosting and you just whip it yourself? I don't see how that could just be whipped cream, it would be melting everywhere.
