I went to CVS today to do the Bounty paper towel , spend $30 get the $10 CVS card. I had $27 in ECB & they said I couldn't use all of them because they were associated to 2 different CVS Care cards. So, since I was using card "A", I could only use card "A"'s ECB generated from that card on purchases made with that card. I told them my hubby had a card as well & they said that was a problem. So, to make him mad, I had my daughter get another card... Ha!
