Of course she lip syncs on some parts of some songs. If she didnt she would have ruined her voice by now with all those amazing notes. Especially with performing for 5 years most days in Vegas.
It shouldnt matter though, we know that she can sing and is amazing!

Damn i've been looking at the videos for 'all by myself' from her tour as well as power of love. I am a diehard celine fan but I have just realised those top notes *on this tour* AS WELL AS other performances on various shows are also mimied!!! DAMN! I was gunna fly to Canada to see her again! all the way from London...I know she's an amazing performer and a great person but... :(
