This is a Scam. I ordered it and they charged me $28.90 and all I got were the two drill bits without the "FREE" drill and the "FREE" extender w/clip.
If I had ordered the so called "FREE" drill too they would have charged me an additional $60.00 for the shipping and processing fee.

No. You have to put your card number in before they tell you. But when you enter in your card number, they confirm it as an order and there is no way of canceling.

They get you on the shipping. Google before you buy. It would be more honest if they would charge 40 with a 13 shipping/processing.
