If ur 12 or 13 it really doesnt matter... when I first started, all I would wear was mascara... then i sttarted wearing tinted moisturizer... then concealer... powder.. eyeliner... eye shadow.. and so forth. Tell ur sister that its nothing... and tell her it makes u feel more comfortable to wear make up.. u feel more confidentt.. if it doesnt wrk tell me and i could tell u something different to say.

I love OPI it's the best hands down. (-: My top 3 fav colors are..."Pinking of You", "Big Apple Red" (something like that), & "Romeo & Juliet" which is a nice dark chocolate color (I don't think they make it anymore )-:). But you should def check them out sometime. Happy Early Bday!!!
