The thing I loved about this Gundam timeline is the fact the gundams were actually special. In SEED, 00, and even WING it seems that EVERYONE could pilot a Gundam and they were everywhere... Also in this timeline the gundams were in scale for the technology they had and they could actually be destroyed by normal forces if the pilot wasn't skilled. However, having said that.. I still found both 00 and SEED to be entertaining and I enjoyed them but this series is still better in my opinion.

Well, for the SEED-Haters: I didnt watched SEED really, I know the story from SRW J, but it still was good. Wing was my fist one and will always have a special place in my heart. I dont really like 00, yeah, but I like AGE. G Gundam was a gundam of his own, and I dont start with the older ones, theyre great, too (ZZ GUNDAM!).

It all depends on the story and how it's played out. I like moste of the gundam universes. The only ones i never liked was Gundam Wing and Turn a Gundam.

Wing as many proclaim as the best Gundam Series yet is just inconsistent clips and verry poor charachters in my book. It was painfull to watch that series.

Turn a gundam i just like the charachter development. Otherwise it was quite bad.

@idonoD Gundam Wing was great because of the politics and the social satire that was involved. The story was RICH and I personally loved it. The rise of Traize Kushrenada and his plan to sacrifice himself so the new generation of minds could live in peace without war.. The madness of Milliardo Peacecraft and his desire to annihilate the Earth. The Gundam Pilots who were fighting for the colonies at first had to defend the Earth in the end.. I'm telling you, Gundam Wing had a great plot...

a very good video. 0083 is one of my favorite MSG series. And I have to agree with many of you about the storyline. They should start going to adult like characters and they should stop making the MS and Gundams so f**king Super Robot like The Strike Freedom and stuff. Gundam series is all about realistic battles like the original Gundam series and Gundam Wing.

SEED is a bit indulgent in the nonviolent part and a little too emotional imo. Besides, SEED is basically a modern depiction/iteration of the classic series of Zeta (i think).
