Very informative videos guys. I watched of of your girlfriends getting made up by Sam and she is gorgeous. I live in the States and I am a nurse but work overnight so fairly sedentary. Wondering if there are some that would be suitable for me to do while we have down time at 3 AM.
Hi there boys. I was born with Cerebral palsy which effects my left limbs and Epilepsy. Since, one or both work as a physical therapist " PT " could you show a modified work out that'll tone the affected limbs and help in weight loss??? I'm currently 387 lbs was 450 18 months ago.
I have run several marathons, and my best advice would be to just keep going, because you can actually run much longer distances than you think, and from 34th kilometer til 41st, you will probably find those the hardest, because there's still thousands of meters to go and you're getting really tired, hungry and exhausted, but just take one kilometer at a time, and then it won't seem as bad :) Thumbs up so TheLeanMachines can see! :)
Was wondering how long it would take to see physical difference in my body ? i'm 17 and fairly skinny at the moment i'm starting a beginner muscle building workout scheme and following your video's for tips and techniques on how to do certain exercises properly , and also i was wondering if i would benefit from protein shakes ? i'm changing my diet as well so looking forward to your nutrition videos!
my feb/march resolution now that i'm back to univ and its easier to be on a diet (haha i'm poor) is to lose 1 size in 2 months by dieting and exercising!

That thing about hiit only being effective when you're able to do 10k or more was a good one. I was wondering about that. And thank you for wearing skimpy outfits in your vids even if you two are only sitting down and talking. Nice one for us gals.

For me the lower half of my body is the tough area to tone out... I guess that is the last spot I naturally lose weight or something.. but if you could create a video focusing on that I would love it!

I just started working out a few weeks ago and I'm really enjoying it so far, but I was wondering (and this might sound really really stupid) if there's like.. a limit or recommended number of times to work out a week? How would you guys suggest eating more? I have the problem of never getting enough calories everyday and with life and working out I need it. Would fruit or veggie smoothies for snack help? I can't add protein powder to them tho cause it makes me sick.
you should do a video where you set each other challenges and keep a score and at the end of the video the loser has to do a forfeit XD like eat something grous or something
Loving your videos guys quick question, I had been going to a slimming club for about months and was losing about 1-2 lbs a week that was just by dieting and walking but then i decided to start the gym got a fitness assesment and a plan made up for me to do and then when i got weighed i either stayed the same or put on so after 3 weeks of this i gave up going to the gym. Do u have any idea why this was happing?? as i really want to tone up i still have 3 stone to lose. thanks Lorraine x

I'm from Brazil and there's this supplement called Jack 3d that everyone is taking, it's supposed to speed up your metabolism and burn fat, so I decided to give it a go...I'm used to exercises but lately I've been having difficulty breathing, so I feel this supplement it's getting on the way of my training! Do you guys know any other similar supplements that have less side effects? I'm a female, 5'7'' and I weight 60 kg (that's like 9 st? I don't know)
