  • Very informative videos guys. I watched of of your girlfriends getting made up by Sam and she is gorgeous. I live in the States and I am a nurse but work overnight so fairly sedentary. Wondering if there are some that would be suitable for me to do while we have down time at 3 AM.

  • Hi there boys. I was born with Cerebral palsy which effects my left limbs and Epilepsy.  Since, one or both work as a physical therapist " PT " could you show a modified work out that'll tone the affected limbs and help in weight loss??? I'm currently 387 lbs was 450 18 months ago.

    Please Hhhheeeeeellllllllllllllllllp!­!!!!!!!!!!

  • I am so excited for the nutrition videos, I work out almost every day but eating right is what gets me.

  • I have run several marathons, and my best advice would be to just keep going, because you can actually run much longer distances than you think, and from 34th kilometer til 41st, you will probably find those the hardest, because there's still thousands of meters to go and you're getting really tired, hungry and exhausted, but just take one kilometer at a time, and then it won't seem as bad :) Thumbs up so TheLeanMachines can see! :)

  • Was wondering how long it would take to see physical difference in my body ? i'm 17 and fairly skinny at the moment i'm starting a beginner muscle building workout scheme and following your video's for tips and techniques on how to do certain exercises properly , and also i was wondering if i would benefit from protein shakes ? i'm changing my diet as well so looking forward to your nutrition videos!

  • my feb/march resolution now that i'm back to univ and its easier to be on a diet (haha i'm poor) is to lose 1 size in 2 months by dieting and exercising!

  • For me the lower half of my body is the tough area to tone out... I guess that is the last spot I naturally lose weight or something.. but if you could create a video focusing on that I would love it!

  • Loving your videos guys quick question, I had been going to a slimming club for about months and was losing about 1-2 lbs a week that was just by dieting and walking but then i decided to start the gym got a fitness assesment and a plan made up for me to do and then when i got weighed i either stayed the same or put on so after 3 weeks of this i gave up going to the gym. Do u have any idea why this was happing?? as i really want to tone up i still have 3 stone to lose. thanks Lorraine x

  • How do you tone up the lower part of your stomach? Also when i do crunches etc my back hurts and I don't think its supposed to?! I'm only using my stomach muscles to bring me up though

I'm from Brazil and there's this supplement called Jack 3d that everyone is taking, it's supposed to speed up your metabolism and burn fat, so I decided to give it a go...I'm used to exercises but lately I've been having difficulty breathing, so I feel this supplement it's getting on the way of my training!
