Yep, there's some brean-n-butter there...but this one was for Thanksgiving and the caddo relish is too exotic for some of the old folks...so, I'll do another one for a party soon...and, I think I'll call it "Harvey's Exoctic Pickle Platter"...how does that sound?

Well, absolutely, although a nice pickle platter is a great complement to any video, pickle platters are not among the most popular videos on YouTube. In fact, this may be the only one. So, yes, and soon I will send you some suggested channels, where you will be on topic.
The yin-yang design in the center is brilliant. As for the pickles, I love 'em sour and crisp: like breaking glass. If you can't hear the snap at least three blocks away, it ain't a pickle. Lately I've also gotten into the fried pickle chips, with a nice spicy mustard dip.
I oversold it a bit in the tittle. It's a fairly ordinary pickle platter. Had I gotten better quality, most of the family wouldn't have appreciated it...they prefer the canned cranberry sauce (see my Thanksgiving video). The Claussens are crisp. The rest are limp. I have a really amazing pickle video coming soon to a monitor near you, though. I'm completely with you on the fried pickles.
